The program provides:

  • Practical skills for developing good sleeping habits from birth
  • Ideas to help adjust to changes in your relationship with your partner after the birth of your first baby.

Sessions are scheduled so that both parents can attend.

If you are a first time parent ask your local Maternal and Child Health nurse about the WWWT program.
